  Seller is a liar and kept responding to me with lies when I asked about why haven't he shipped my item. I purchased an empty Scotch bottle pictured, he would ask me...Did you know it's an empty bottle? Trying and delaying shipping. Then, after 16 days, pretended to notify FedEx the package information but FedEx never recieved item. Then would say, I dropped it off FedEx, but no changes to the FedEx Tracking.
