  First it was supposed to be a personalized rug, but after it was already shipped the seller told me that "sorry, it can't be personalized" I gave the seller a piece of my mind+ got a partial refund. However, when I got the plain rug, it was horrible. I am a professional chess player and have lots of items that are checkered but none has a bluish color for white squares. Also the rug was packed badly and I couldn't' straighten it no matter the weight I put for 48HR. This seller is the bad news!
