Boxes are tossed around and dropped.One piece of bubble wrap placed loosely around a ceramic item and then placed in packing peanuts is not sufficient.Most pieces I receive are tightly wrapped in tissue, then bubble wrap, then more bubble wrap etc. I could hear it rattle before I opened the box. Seller was non accommodating, felt her packing was good. Not worth a fight for $20. Two of which were stuffed fabric trees. The stuffed part of trees were as long as the ceramic piece. The ceramic piece was wrapped in more then one layer of bubble wrap and was nestled between the two fabric trees for protection. These items were shipped in an oversized box completely full of packing peanuts on the bottom, top, sides and all around the items. There was no movement of items in the box.

The postal worker unfortunately placed the package behind my snow shovel, hidden in sight from porch thieves & myself. I discovered it today, a month after delivery. Amazingly it was still in great condition. I am very happy with the item & the seller. Thank you :-)
