Part of the solution
The book is very expensive, but once I received the book I discovered within the preface that there are also DVDs, a workbook, ebook, quizzes. an additional activities with some website and email addresses to access, them. I am interested to learn more but it seems that everything is for an additional price? So far, I am still looking for a way to guarantee the best way to get the right additional information as it sounds like some can be accessed for free while others there is a fee, which I want to make sure I get the right stuff? Kind of like buying a horse, it is nice then you need a corral, water trough, hay, tack, shots, shoes, horse trailer, pick-up to pull it, boots, hat, and...,.never ending.
