Excellent film, definitely worth watching for most to all age groups.
Super 8 is a thrilling science fiction action film based in the late 70's written and directed by J.J. Abrams and produced by Steven Spielberg. The film follows a group of children as they film their own Super 8 movie and end up witnessing an enormous train derailing, resulting in the release of a large, creepy creature into the town. This movie has all of the class and charm of a classic 70's or 80's science fiction long sought after by fans. It will certainly please fans of classic films, such as E.T., Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Alien, etc. It is also slightly reminiscent of films, such as Cloverfield.
