I am surprised at how good this posture correcter is
2 of 4 found this helpful At first I was taken aback by how small this corrector appears. I'm 6'4" with about a 44 chest, but I was able adjust it with plenty of room to go larger (if I needed to, which I won't) and it fits great, and WOW what a difference already. The improvement was immediate -- I am hoping that over the course of the nest several years this will bring my posture in to perfect form. I plan on wearing it from morning to evening everyday. My posture was "OK". but i definitely slouched all my life, as I am a tall guy. Bottomline: I am a bit surprised at how this thing works so well -- a GREAT product at this price.

Read this book, it will save your life
1 of 1 found this helpful The information contained in this book is easy to understand, and the course of action simple to implement. I have made the changes recommended and I am astonished by the results thus far (6 months). Hand arthritis = GONE! Short term memory loss = GONE!, and I could go on and on. I also recommend reading "Sugar Blues" and "The Primal Blueprint" to come up with a well rounded complete regimen.
