While items arrived as pictured, the packaging was disappointing—no protective material was used around the bag inside the box this was shipped in, leaving the pieces loose to tumble around against each other in transit. For the amount spent, I expected better care to ensure safer delivery. The lack of communication for over a week is also frustrating.
