  Shipping was fast, packaging was almost brand new, product is just as the seller described and it is great value considering how much it really cost buying brand new. I find no fault with the product, I was able to fire it up immediately. It has great battery life. Everything is brand new only I did not receive the case for it but I don't believe the seller listed that it comes with a case. I highly recommend this seller and all his products.

  Everything was perfect with the seller. We had a great communication and the laptop was sent the next day after payment. The laptop arrive with double packaging: the original box form HP and another box from eBay international. The laptop looks like new with zero cosmetic damages, working perfectly and exactly as described. If you have the patience to wait for it to arrive in the EU (about 21 days), this is a great buy since you pay less than in Europe and get better product specifications.

  This is a truly great and honest seller! I purchased an HP Omen 45L in excellent condition at a great price. It worked like brand new and accessories were included. Unfortunately FedEx badly damaged the PC case in shipping. It was shipped super fast and packaged excellent, yet FedEx still managed to damage it.
