    Despite the box being labeled correctly, the vent I originally received did not have a fan. The Seller rectified the issue by re-shipping the correct item. Upon receiving the correct item, I can verify that this is the exact replacement I needed. Item is exactly as described in the listing. It is great quality and the best price I could find. I say this seller is VERY reputable and I highly recommend. They take care of their customer and I would definitely buy from them again!

    A review for an order placed on August 16th 2025 that has not yet been delivered. Despite my own efforts to track the package, I had to ask the seller to open a formal USPS inquiry. After a delay over a long weekend, the seller initiated the ticket, but as of September 13th 2025, I have still not received the package or a refund. Due to this experience, I will not be purchasing from this seller again or recommending them to other potential buyers.
