  I purchased this doll to replace a doll my granddaughter lost in her move from out of state. I never received the doll. I reached out to the seller with no progress. This is my second bad experience with eBay, although I have had many great ones. I purchased another doll identical to this one, although the other one was supposed to be gently used and never received that one either. I am truly dissatisfied with this purchase and the seller and feel as though they should not be allowed to sell !
