  Ordering, delivery and notification was excellent, however the product (Moen GXC75c disposal) was not NEW as advertised. Upon receipt, the box was obviously opened and all packaging had been removed and replaced. Perhaps this was at one time purchased new, installed, removed and returned without being used. The rubber gasket had what seemed like residue from a sink on it. I did install it as we needed to replace our old one right away. If I wanted a used unit, I could have gotten one cheaper.
