For those who did not read the instructions
It is sad that so many people think they know what they are doing when in fact... They just did not read the instructions.
This generator is great! Powerful, quiet and extremely efficient.
If you are a reviewer that got black smoke out the unit. Your unit was tilted on shipping. You are burning oil. This will burn out in 5 minutes and then you can engage power.
Again. Read the manual found on the generac website before going nuts and writing bad reviews.

a solid pick for the price
1 of 1 found this helpful In this review, I would like to point out the strengths of this product.
1) slim - this monitor is not bulky at all, its nice and slim. One of the slimmest Ive seen out there. The video input cable, plugs in sideways, allowing it to be mounted flat on a wall.
2) durable - the stand is made of cast aluminum, rock solid. Unlike the plastic stands out there, this one outperforms and outlasts many others.
3) good looking - from the back they look great since its so slim. The screen borders are of reasonable size. The plastic around the screen also resembles aluminum.
All other features, like picture quality, system menu options and brightness are of sufficient quality for the average user. This is a VGA interface monitor.
I now have 3 of these monitors. I am often asked about the brand of the array, they look stunning in the multi-monitor mounts.
