Unfortunately we received a negative rating unduly. The buyer claims that we sent to the wrong address but we have copies from brazilian post that we sent to the buyer's registered delivery address in the ebay account. We have copies of the bill and tracking (Braz.Post and USPS) that prove the location sent and delivery date. Also, I tried contacting him via eBay messages but he didn't respond. I also tried to contact him via the registered phone number (Call and Whatsapp) i had no answer too.
