If you want pretty like Office 2010 - WAIT. For Touchscreen - GO.
I have Office 2010 on my main PC and Office 2013 is almost the same without the all of the slick looking backgrounds of 2010. Outlook is basically the same but once again without the background frills. It is my understanding that the "wireframe" look is because it streamlines the ability to use the touchscreen capabilities of some PCs and laptops. there are a few improvements to Word that are neat, like inserting pictures and such.

I would purchase from anyone else, period.
I have bought 3 sets of toner from this seller and every toner cartridge that I had used has been perfect and works just like a brand new HP product. I have talked directly with the owners and they told me about how they only use certain cartridges so that the quality remains high and this quality guideline really works. One half the cost of HP products or more.
