Calm magnesium powder
I have been using this for 2 weeks and have seen no benefits whatsoever. Still have horrible unrelenting muscle cramps daily.

It's OK
I cant really see that it helps with the muscle cramps though. Watermelon flavor is too strong and burns my mouth
