  Received within 5 days, was shipped from within the same state. I was concerned about it being damaged because it is a large item and susceptible to damage if rough handled, but it arrived with no problems. It wasn't packed inside another box so anyone can see exactly what is being shipped - address label was put on the 'normal' box; surprised one of my unemployed dope head neighbors didn't try to steal it. Heater worked fine out of the box, not difficult to operate. Just no batteries inside.
