    I’ve never dealt with an Egotistical seller like this. Your listing had incorrect images, and I received the wrong item—plain and simple. At first, you apologized, then offered an unsolicited remedy, and now you deny any mistake. The batch code is irrelevant. Your incompetence is relevant. I didn’t get what was advertised. Other buyers have had the same issue, as seen in your negative reviews. Plenty of honest sellers on eBay—buyers, take your business elsewhere. Parfum is not Eau De Parfum.

    Buyer tried to bait and switch a high end parfum. I keep a list of all my batch codes and when they tried to say I sent them an eau de parfum instead, I asked for a photo of the batch code on the "said mistake". Batch codes was from years before what I even own. Not even close. Buyer then asked if I would let them keep it and sell them another for a discount? REALLY I AM NOT NAIVE. I told them they need to process a return and send it back and reported them to Ebay for scamming.
