  Parcel went missing as Yodel driver delivered to wrong address. Seller kept up good communication and sent out another parcel. However that was mis-delivered again by Yodel. The second parcel eventually turned up 4 days after the driver said he’d delivered it. No problems with the seller but lots of problems with Yodel. Driver lied and Yodel pretend to investigate what’s happening, take the side of their driver and then close any dialogue down by sending emails you can’t respond to - avoid Yodel
