This thing is a BEAST
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been an Oreck user for years and was looking for something in the same class. Boy was I wrong -- the Dyson far exceeds the Oreck by any measure. Easy to use, super powerful and more accessories than I care to know how to use.
Only cons on this are some parts feel very cheap plastic-y, namely the cord wrap point. And conflicting information on the posting (is it a 2-year warranty, 5-year or whatever the short notice was on a piece of paper in the box -- this one I still have to sort out. If 2+ plus years, at the refurbished sale price this was a no brainer.

Surpised how good this is
Low expectations but way surprised at how helpful this is. Cardiologist even endorsed it as one of the better consumer tools.
