Apple iPad Air (3rd Generation) 64GB, Wi-Fi, 10.5in - Space Gray
Sep 02, 2020
The last powerful iPad with Touch ID, bargain deal
Best iPad with Touch ID. (If you can get this for as much as a 7th gen iPad) Essentially a 2017 iPad Pro with 2 fewer speakers, no flash on back, no ProMotion display but the average user will not miss these. Packaged with the same processor in the iPhone XS, should last a good 4-5 years. Rumors of the new iPad Air are that it will take after the 2018 iPad Pro form factor. If you’re not a fan of Face ID or can do without, this iPad is a great bargain!

Logitech MX Keys Advanced Wireless Illuminated Keyboard
Jul 29, 2020
Another great Logitech device, easy to pair with 3 devices of your choice
Logitech created a multi-pairing device akin to the other MX items. This one is particularly nice to type on compared to the K840 mechanical keyboard. While I love the mechanical nature, it was very loud to type on. People on the other line and in the next room could hear the keys clacking away. The MX Keys provides a similar experience. The chassis is not made of metal, it's hard plastic. The keys themselves have less travel compared to the K840, similar to the scissor switch mechanism that the Macs now have. Ambient backlighting is a trick! It works pleasantly and the only time the backlight will not light up is when your battery is running low. A quick top up via the USB-C cable and you're back in business. I have this paired with my work PC, my Mac, and an iPad. The FN key is a bit out of place, on the lower right side.
Twelve South Compass 2 iPad/Tablet Kitchen / Travel Stand & Typing Wedge, black

Solid iPad stand, fits all iPad models - probably better if you have the Mini than the iPad 10.x"
Great iPad stand for viewing movies in landscape if you're sitting at a desk, not so much if you're lying down as the view is further and not dead-on. If you're propping it up to sketch and write with the Pencil, also good. I have an iPad Pro 10.5 - I wish that the legs would prop wider for more stability when swiping through screens or using Slide Over. The iPad sometimes falls off the stand when I use Slide Over. For the price, it's made well, solid and heavy. I would not have paid retail $50 for this.
