I first saw this used at a good horse racetrack and bought some from their tack shop about 10 years ago. It really warms joints deep. Don't put a wrap on top until it cools and evaporates after about 5 minutes. It's pretty intense, but not painful, after a little while it's a long lasting good embrocation (I'm an OLD racing cyclist I first encountered Thermoflex at a good horse racing track, and bought myself a bottle from their tack shop, about 15 years ago. It's the best, but don't ever wrap the area immediately, let it evaporate and work for about 5 minutes first. It will settle down, and then it's mellow and lasts a long time. (I'm an OLD bicycle racer). Worth shaving your legs for.

My doctor told me to get this for arthritis...I am sure it is a good product for horses and maybe some people. But for me it was not. It really burned my skin and turned me beet red. I had to wash it off. I do not have anything negative to say about this product....it just was not for me personally.

This stuff actually works. Works in just a few minutes. Just massage it in where ever you have pain, usually 3 or 4 minutes. Instant relief. I could not believe it.
