A good book on how nutrition and healthy lifestyle can reverse disease
This is a well-written book. Informative. However, if you're looking for a specific plan to follow, it doesn't guide you in that way. It does, however, provide lots of information about how leading a healthy lifestyle can / will lead to better health and tips on what to do in general. No food recipes or specific food nutritional content, etc...
