It gives detailed information on how the muscles work for or against you, how to stronger and faster through increased flexibility. Contains detailed instructions with pictures for hundreds of stretches. Also provides degrees of exercises from easy to hard to perform. Covers every major body part used in martial arts, and can be used by other sports. As an additional bonus, Sang Kim includes sections on: tips for high kicks, full splits and 10 workouts for specific martial art types. This is definitely a must have book for the serious martial artist!
I bought this book- not really knowing if it would be helpful - and also not having heard of the author....So i read the book through and learned very much- and discovered the author has written a very accurate book here. Perfectly done for someone who is interested in their health and looking for the answers for longevity in remaining agile and strong. My recommendation goes out to any one to read this book because health is something we all have in common.
