Have gotten Todd Wilbur's books when I could as he has had the patience to break down the fast foods I keep going out for and love to eat. Now he has directed that to the drinks and sodas I indulge in when I go out for comfort foods. Great book to read and study. Now I can duplicate sodas, shakes and smoothies I have tried out and liked. Not to mention dessert drinks, alcoholic or non, that I can whisk together for gatherings and parties at the house. It's also a great help when you have kids' parties that need that special treat to 'Wow' the friends invited. Excellent reference guide. Well worth the money to buy.
Hi :) Will be trying some of the knock offs here as well as the food books. If this book is as good as the others I can't wait to taste some of the drinks in this book! The Wallaby Darned will be my first. It's an Out Back drink which is incredible! I love the great details of the restaraunts and his humor. Out of soooooo many cook books I am still a junk food junky and he has definately satisfied my needs for really close clones made in the home. I have made his Snickers bars to many main dishes and although not always exact something I am more than proud of to feed family and friends. Loves his books and if you are a junk food junky they are invaluable if you like to cook!!
