Mimi Zeiger is the author of Tiny Houses. She founded loud paper, an architecture zine and now blog, in 1997. She holds a Masters of Architecture degree from Southern California Institute (SCI-Arc) and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and has taught at California College of the Arts and at SCI- Arc.

When you want to or have to down size this book is a MUST!!!
This is one of the finest books for those who are planning to down size due to age...economics...etc...It gives you choices you may have over looked...I saved thousands of dollars by not wasting space...which equals cost per sq. foot.
