I am using my Tiltpod on my Sony RX100M3 which is 3 oz too heavy than the Tiltpod specs recommend but I found that by using the stick-on piece more toward the center of the bottom of the camera instead of the tripod hole mount piece, it balances well especially if I balance off the extended lens by extending the articulating LCD screen in the back (Tiltpod calls for a camera 7 oz or less, my Sony is a fat 10 oz) . The angles of adjustment are not large (but plenty good) when using my camera because my camera is thick but on a smaller pocket camera it would work even better. I am using it during travel and with any relatively flat surface it will be perfect for long exposures or group selfies using the timer or remote. This really beats a regular mini tripod for 90% of normal shooting because it is just part of the wrist strap. I also take my mini flat foldable tripod when I am outdoors just in case of really uneven surfaces but for indoor use the Tiltpod has been great so far. One more thing; remember to shut off your vibration control just as you would when using a big tripod.Read full review
