Not an Easy Fix
Very insightful information about the explosion of auto-immune diseases And many of the possible causes. The only issue, I have so far is the "FIX". He may be right about everything in this book, but the "FIX" of abstaining from certain foods that trigger these antibody response is anything but easy, We are surrounded by Dairy, Gluten, Sugars, etc. and as he put it, the abstinence has to be 100% to be effective. Most people will fail and probably at a higher failure rate than even Smokers and some drug addictions. This is still worth the read if you have an autoimmune disease or a family history. It is very informative.

Information galore
This book will go into detail about all the information you'll need to know about the autoimmune response of the body. It can be a bit boring in some places because of all the medical information, but it gets to the "doing" part soon enough. This book will help you understand just what is happening with the foods we eat and how it regulates our bodies and affects the immune system. There's a lot of information to digest(no pun intended) but it's just what I like in an informative book. Good read with good information!
