Substitute green tea capules for the 3 and 4 times a day-I don't mind green tea with Chinese food, but went to capsules to make it possible and more convenient. All the time during the diet I NEVER got hungry with all the different food combinations and morning and evening snacks that are in the diets. After diet I occasionally have alcohol (wine or beer) but only in moderation and special holidays then get back on normal eating.
