Got it for a Glock 19 Gen4. Perfect fit. Doesn't stick out too far and makes mag changes a lot easier. And faster. Does not interfere if using IWB holster. I do not have large hands and had to shift my grip considerably to operate the original mag release. If you know how to field strip your Glock then you can install this part easily. There are plenty of videos on youtube to show you how.

Not worth the money! Wouldn't drop a loaded mag.
I am a certified Glock armorer. Installed this on my own gen 4 Glock 23. The tolerance was too tight and it prevented the mag from dropping free. Even the weight of a loaded mag wouldn't drop. The release was too right around the magazine. I filed it out and made it work, problem is the design of the catch forces you to depress the button further back yet I still couldn't press the button without adjusting my grip like usual. Some might like it but I did not. I still feel that Vickers products are outstanding. The slide stop lever and mag plates are great. Mag catch, not so much. The material is said to be equal to the factory release but I disagree. The plastic it is molded from seems softer to me. Good news is that it's only $20 that I spent but that money would be better spent on some more base plates.Read full review

Excellent Glock part
The Tango Down Vickers Tactical extended mag release is an improvement over the Gen 4 mag release. Don't get me wrong, the Gen 4 OEM release is better than the Gen 3, but this one is even better. And if you lay the gun down on a table, and even push on it, the mag doesn't release unintentionally. Great quality. A++++++++

Works Great!
I hated the Glock mag release, too hard to push and rubbed on one finger when I held the gun, it was sharp. The Tango Down mag release has no sharp edges and works great. I can now easily releas the mag without changing my grip. Good product, good price and easy to install.

Very stiff and tight, went back to factory release
Installed this extended mag release and was very disappointed in the function. I like the feel and subtly raised with the grip but the function was very very stiff. Took 2 or 3 times the pressure on the release to drop the magazine which I did not like. Tried it for a week but never loosened up it's just poorly made and the fit was just too tight in the gun. Needs looser clearances to make it move more freely and not so stiff. Stick with factory Glock!
