I love the character of Doc. Ock and his voice actor, I mostly this got this DVD for the few episodes of the 90's Spider-man that I was a fan of, and still am, back when I was a kid. And I was happy that this DVD also contained episodes with Felicia Hardy The episodes are 1. Doctor Octopus: Armed and Dangerous 2. The Cat 3. The Black Cat 4.Partners It also contains 2 episodes from the old school Spider-Man The Power of Doctor Octopus and Sub zero for Spidey The two episodes are interesting to watch because you can see the difference in the animation back then to now. The voice acting is really good all the same.

I started taking my twin 4 1/2 year old boys to rent movies at Blockbuster....this movie became a favorite! After making them choose several others, they begged to get this one again! Turned out that it was a favorite of another little boy's too and it was never returned! After several trips to local stores and lots of tears....we found it on Ebay! I love the movie because it's fun and lets my boys use their imagination and play along with their action figures. It also shows them that there can be 2 sides to the story since it does not follow the plot in Spider-Man II where they were first introduced to Doc. Ock!
It's starts with Peter thinking of how he couldn't save Mary Jane. Now, he has feelings for Felicia but his big date with her is ruined when Doc Ock strikes! This story has a great plot with Felecia being kidnapped by Ock who ends up crossing paths with Kingpin. But why does Kingpin want Felicia? And isn't her father, The Cat dead? But who is The Black Cat? And why is Nick Fury and Shield interested in Felecia's father? Is that Captain America? Along the way Kingpin does what he does best, hires Smyte and Chameleon to do his bidding. But Spiderman is always there to throw a wrench in it. And Silvermane is back after fooling around with the Tablet of Time (oh I rew the day I fooled around with the Tablet of Time). Remember what happened to him? Well, that story is continued after the Doc Ock one ends and it's pretty funny. Vulture is in this story too and you get to see a bit more of his history and brains. My son and I really enjoyed this story and Spiderman as always is such a treat. Gotta love him. And we most certainly do. Great for kids, children of all ages. Very enjoyable.Read full review
