Remember the slut at your school? Whether used as a slur or reclaimed as an expression of sexy confidence, this word has been used as an acceptable excuse for rape, bullying and the sexual double standard. In the spirit of The Vagina Mologues, this riveting, critically acclaimed play - written in collaboration with New York City high school students - sheds light on enduring feminist issues. The play is accompanied by production tes, a guide for talk-backs and provocative essays by Carol Gilligan and Jennifer Baumgardner.
