Haven't had for long,, and cannot say how long the batteries last,, but they last long enough to get the job done. I have always been a good shot, even with the cheap, 20+ year old scope I was using. Suddenly, it seemed like all of my shots were hitting Low Left so I decided to get with it and obtain a new scope, which I did. I put in the Laser Boresight and the red dot was,, you guessed it,, Low Left in relation to the old scope. Installed the new scope, Boresighted it, and my shots were very close immediately so I didn't have to do much tweaking to shoot dead on. It doesn't matter to me how long the batteries last as this thing is a tool to me and not a toy to use to post videos of me messing with a cat. I like the Boresight and recommend it.

I am disappointed that your laser sight is off mark. Upon placing it in my barrel, the dot was to the left. As I turned the laser sight in my barrel to the right, so too, the red dot moved high center, then right, then low center, then to the left. I expect this from a Chinese laser sight product, not a more expensive American product.

This Sightmark laser boresight is easy to use. I use this to mark my zero at 25 feet. The only drawback is that you need to remove the batteries when not in use. This is no shutoff switch nor an automatic shutoff.

Fast efficient way to get close to target and save ammo. Used this on my turkey gun to align the scope. Great pattern first shot at 25 yards. Shot out to 50 and still had decent pattern in the kill zone.

Nice product, light is bright and centered, easy to use. Only drawback is that there is no on/off switch, (have to pull the batteries). I recommend this product
