The premise of this book is that as you grow older your body doesn't produce the same amount of natural nutrients as it did when you were younger. This book spells out in simple words what you need - how much you need - how often to take them. Most of these supplements can be found at your local wal mart, a few you will have to go to a health food store or the internet. My job involves working out in the heat. Last summer was real hard on me. I have been on this system for just over a month now and the difference is just profound. Even if you don't want to spend the money on all the vitamins and supplements, this is an exelent reference book to keep on hand. I have been buying extra copies of this book to give to my friends and family.
