I have worked out with several suspension trainers in the past and in my opinion, the rip 60 is as good or better than most. The lateral movement is not as smooth as a pulley system but you have the option to lock it out. Overall this is a high quality unit built solid and made for the novice athlete to progress safely and effectively to the next level.

Love it! It's a great addition to my existing workouts. Only on week two and I'm poring sweat when doing it...and I find myself in great shape too! I am using it on a dedicated loop on ceiling, not using the optional door attachment. I'm curious of how it's going to progress thru the 8 weeks, not to mention the extra workout DVDs included in set. Great to have in my collection. Buyer is also great to purchase from.
Just got it, but it was not a disappointment. Well made, and resonably priced. Built to last, DVDs are good, ultimately it is as good as what you want to put into it.
