The study guide is a great supplement to the text, which is very in depth. It is a good review for testing yourself. Reminder it is a supplement and not a replacement for the text for any class. Depending on the class instructor as to whether it is worth the purchase. One may wait till class has started and see what the instructor refers to in the class material. My instructor is using other items and doesn't reference the study guide at all, and I'm not using it very much. But it is worth the study knowledge for review as an adjunct.
Im a nursing student and need this book for next semester. Pathophysiology cotains a broad information about the how and why things happen in our body. It is the next step after Anatomy and Physiology.
