Was not happy with product. It leaves a purple hue. I was referred to manufacture instead. Not a great way to resolve issues with a customer. I would not want anyone to use this product if expecting what product specifies.

Worked well. I have extremely sensitive skin. Most dyes leave me with red, irritated skin and often with blisters that takes at least a week to heal but this formula was awesome! NONE of that happened. You do however need to apply it more often than with permanent dyes and it never did completely cover some of my gray hair but the look was still acceptable. If you want a clean, natural dye free of harsh chemicals,do yourself a huge favor and try this one!

First use the “Base” leave it on over an hour, wash it off with shampoo, 2 days later use the main color Hanna, leave it on for an hour ( wash it off with shampoo ) , soon you will learn how much quantity & for how long leave it on your face .
