This is my 3rd one but I am not using it yet. The 2nd one is starting to get cracks in the bowl after about 4 years. I tried to buy one for a wedding gift and couldn't find them locally. As a result I decided I needed to get a replacement for myself for when I am going to need it. I use it practically every day. It is very to clean and put together for use. Other chopper/food processors can be complicated or fussy about how it is put together to turn on. Not this one.

I ordered this unit to replace original red Ninja chopper that was making obnoxious grinding sounds like the motor was on it's way out. After first use, the new unit made the same grinding sound when chopping up an onion! In the beginning the orignal unit sounded very smooth when it was being used, but then it changed. Not sure if this unit is a lemon, guess we'll see how it sounds after bit more use?

I purchased this chopper because the one I had (a Cuisinart) is so poorly designed--the number of parts made it time-consuming to use and clean. The Ninja product works extremely well, has very few parts, and is easy to clean. I was pleased with the price too! Just wish it came in white.

I love the Ninja Express Chop...I have bought one for everyone in my family plus a few friends....it works better than any other food processor I’ve had and I’ve had a few! Cooking for a living, I use it for so many things...so easy to use..a couple “zips”and you’ve got it done! I bought this for a “new facility” gift for a friend and owner....I told her..no one that has a working kitchen should be without a Ninja! I’m sure their cook will enjoy it as much as I do!

I bought this to make hummus, and it does a great job at processing chickpeas smoothly. The lid is great for storage, the motor unit rarely even gets messy at all, and the activation button doesn't work when the unit is off the container so it won't accidentally run unless it's all put together. On a whim I used it to chop some artificial crab meat for an alfredo sauce, and a couple of quick pulses did the trick. I've used it about a dozen times since purchasing. Very happy with this.
