Pros: Very clear, even see clearly in almost no sunlight. A little light from the flashlight is enough to see and shoot 200 yards away in the total darkness! Cons: 1. SO FLIMSY! It cannot handle a little bump here and there while walking thru the woods. It's totally out of sight if I bump my rifle butstock to a tree. 2. The bullet drop compensating (BDC) is totally wrong for my size of rifle and bullet weights. The crosshair drops ways too much compared to the bullet. It's a pain and I haven't figured out what to do about it. I gave it a 2 because of the clearness compared to a most other brands out there, except 1

Very clear and draws a lot of light for late afternoon hog hunts. I rate it up there with some of the best.

This is a terrific scope for the money. I demand quality out of my optics(everything else I own is Leupold, but I didn't want to spend that much considering the rifle it was going on), and this scope holds it's own. The optics are clear and bright, and it adjusts easily and reliably while siting in. The only place this scope clearly loses out to the Leopold family is when you consider weight, since it's about 1/4 1b heavier, which can add up on a hunting rifle. This will blow away any scope you can find at or below it's price point (Bushnell, Simmons, Burris, etc.).
The 3-9x50 Nikon prostaff rifle scope does a great by gathering light in low light situation i own one already and i love the preformance of it.
