This mixer fits my needs as an amateur musician. I am using this to mix several keyboards. It is volume-control only, but I am able to run it through a bass amp with an equalizer. Since the keyboards are programmable, I don't have to worry about the lack of tone controls, equalization, etc. Also useful for running more than one guitar into an amp. Love it for the price and versatility, especially since you can plug it in and not worry about a battery going dead during a show. I may also try to use it for recording at some time in the future. Love this little mixer!

I was trying to be frugal (read - Cheap) when buying a mini mixer and the Nady does not disappoint in the $ category. It does, however, disappoint with its sound quality. Lots of buzzing with my unit. In hindsight, I would have been better off to spend more (say $100) for a middle-grade mixer.

Nady MM-141 4-channel Mixer: Small compact size. The 'heavy' steel chassis box and the smooth pots give a feeling of quality to this very basic, inexpensive unit. I just had to open it up to inspect the internal electronic assembly. Smart design using two little PCB (printed circuit board) assemblies and clean, well executed soldering keeps the cost down and promotes acceptable performance. There is not much internal electrical shielding to speak of, but my ears tell me that you have to pot up to about 60-70% before any perceptible noise, above the 0% (quiescent) level, is introduced. I'm using it to mix down both a wireless acoustic guitar and headset microphone into one channel. [Line 6 G50 Relay system] Two-way power source with either a 9V battery or AC 'wall wart' 9V DC adapter is a flexible feature too. (For the optional AC 'wall wart' 9V DC power supply provided with the Line 6 system, the Truetone® 1 Spot® 'CL6' adapter will match the 9V jack size on the back of the Nady MM-141 mixer. Voltage polarity is correct.) I've just been using a Duracell battery. Overall, this is a good quality, inexpensive and useful little audio device - with real value.Read full review

I find this to be of good quality and easy to use. It would be even better if it had a pre-amp built into it. But I would not hesitate to buy another one.

Is very nice basic 4-channel volume mixer no tone controls. Very clean sounding.. nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Although it can be powered from a wall adapter I power it with a 9 volt battery to use with my portable battery powered sound system mixing mics and instrument pickups and it is as clean as the source going into it. Again a basic mixer that does the job it was built for.
