The huge tires are nice for any terrain. Seriously, any. I weigh 190lbs and this thing easily goes 15 miles before recharging. I haven't pushed it past that. I want to take it easy on the batteries so it runs for many years. Did I mention you need a key to turn it on to ride? Thats another great feature besides the bright headlights and breaklight. Anyhoo....Buy one. You won't be disappointed. Just make sure to tighten all bolts before riding. That includes checking tires. Hope this helps. I'll add pictures when it arrives

had to replace the motor, chain, and rear wheel, as they were out of alignment from the factory somehow. don't buy this if you don't want to wrench on it, or are not able to wrench. I am 5'-10" , 165# , and I would not recommend for anyone taller or heavier without doing modifications. it barely gets me up steeper hills, even on a full charge. with hard riding, and some hills, mine safely lasts about 10 miles before the power dramatically dies. the stock lead acid batteries weigh in at just under 40# for 12AH. it does a solid 25MPH on flat ground, as it states. I have been up to 30MPH downhill. the shocks are way too soft. the head light mounts are a bad design, and the factory hadn't grinds the corners so they don't touch the front suspension, ghetto design there. the folding handlebars have a set screw, and one of mine already stripped out, and now the bar is permanently lose. the chain, brakes, and handlebars need adjustment after every ride. also the batteries are lose inside, and there is no hold down, another cheap bad design. the battery bag is a joke too, its the thinnest cheaper material, and tears the second you try and pull the bag from the scooter. also, the fuse holder melted and melted the plastic around the 40A fuse, but the fuse did not fail? right now I'm running with NO fuse. also one of the plastic finger screws to hold down the seat just broke. took off all the FUGLY stickers. hahaha. and sanded/painted the deck.Read full review

Received this Mototec Mad 1600 Scooter, and I really like it a lot. Aside from how awesome it looks, it’s a lot of fun to just roll it out to show people this thing. It’s just cool. Out of the box, there is some things to put together. Just for reference make sure that you go over it and tighten down all the bolts and screws. The bike has some semi folding handlebar grips that collapse down, you will want to tighten the screws on both sides where it is hinged to ensure a sturdy feel and a tight steering experience. Don’t forget to put the 40 amp fuse in place under the board before you charge it like I did, prolonging my anticipation to ride it. The headlights are super bright and each has an adjustable beam. You kinda have to get used to the kickstand, it is spring loaded to snap back home, you gotta lean the weight of the bike down on it firmly while keeping your foot on the kickstand. It works out when you hop on it and hit the throttle in one smooth movement. Overall the ride is worthy and exciting, and because it is brand new, you got to break it in some and it will soften right up to your weight and riding style. Personally, I’m gonna wait a while before taking it off road, I might scratch it. When I am not riding it, I’m staring at it. It is beautiful and handsome at the same time. I love it actually.. You just need to buy one and see what I mean. If I could pick it up, I’d lay it on my bed and snuggle with it. Thats’s my review. I have only good things to say about it. Good deal, too. Please check all bolts, screws, etc. We bought two and one was ready to ride and other is a complete nightmare. One the tires were full, the other were flat. One the rear disc brake wasnot tightened, bolt came off and luckily we noticed. The wires on the second one are completely wrong. The rear brake light doesn't work. The horn is miswired and if you hit the horn it fires off the scooter. If you plug in the rear light and horn, the scooter does not power up. Trying to figure out what wiring is wrong. Don't get me wrong we love them, I think its a matter of Monday versus Friday assembly? Just please be careful and check everything.

I bought this Item on a different site. I will say that it's Heavy... ready heavy. This is meant for adults only okay. Second is that most or some are Illegal in some states to ride a electric scooter. So first ask your Local DMV if you don't need a License to ride one. Last thing is have fun with it, but always Stay safe and wear a helmet. See my pic to show I bought one.
