There is a lot of good information in this book that those living with autoimmune disease and those not living with autoimmune disease should read. It is very helpful! Also, after ordering the book it was shipped fast at a great price in good condition!

Autoimmune disease guide
at the time I read this I had a hard time finding a good book on Autoimmune disease.. This book has some great info but also does have some outdated stuff as well as stuff that you can find online. It is a great starter book, the best part of the book was the checklist of symptoms as well as the info for finding a good doctor and a plan for treatment using all therapies and not just medicine.
