I love just about everything on this phone. It is slightly heavy, but to be expected because of the large size which makes reading, viewing videos, and gaming great. I like the feel and look of the rubbery duraskin back cover, but the stainless steel side bars while decorative and providing protection are slippery, so I opted for a cover. The rear camera takes great pictures even in low lighting. The fingerprint scanner is a great addition. I also like the second screen.

I paid for the best quality refurbished product because I wanted to receive (at leat cosmetically) a brand new phone, it's okay if it has a couple quirks, it's refurbished. When I received it, it had two pretty deep scratches on the screen, something I've never experienced with a brand new product. Although it is refurbished, they advertise a "cosmetically new device" and with that, I am unsatisfied. The phone itself is great, only issue is whenever it records video, there is a pretty intense whistling noise in the background which is slightly disappointing because I wanted to use the phones manual video settings.

I've always liked lg products. This phone is not small, and the battery life is not great, but since the battery is swappable, I don't mind as much. The camera is pretty good, and so far it is functioning well. I'm happy with this phone, and happy with the transaction.

The LG V10 and LG V20 are dying breed of cell phones. The backs are removable for easy access to the battery, SIM and SD card. They are not waterproof but they are serviceable. The V10 is known for a boot-loop problem but it is fixable and preventable.
