This chair has some really good characteristics and some really weak ones. Strengths- Appearance- "Leather" and wood looks handsome. Chair back is very comfortable and is tall enough for me (I'm 5'10"-I've read others criticize). Great lumbar support. Chair has a wide fit. It's heavily built and feels sturdy. Weaknesses- Chair seat is not deep enough. I'm 5'10" and the chair edge seems rather shallow. it needs 2"-3" more. The tilt does not lock in multiple positions. It only locks the chair in the most vertical position. "Leather" is bonded leather. For me, the height adjustment range is not wide enough. The chair won't adjust low enough for me. When tilting back, my feet won't remain flat on the floor in the lowest position. This is a big and tall chair and I'm not tall so I recognize this is a "me" issue but it's still a drawback for me. The arm rests are too short. As I sit normally, the leading edge of the arm rests fall short of my wrists by about 3". Again, I'm 5'10" and this is a big and tall chair. For an "assemble when it arrives" type of chair that costs $360-$400, it seems like some of the design features should be a bit tighter. It's not a bad chair but for the price range, there are better chairs available. Read full review
