I recently borrowed this book from a friend. After reading it, I knew I'd want to and need to have one of my own! It's a book I know I will constantly reference throughout my juicing plans and diets. I especially liked the how easy it is to read and the facts that back up the books' claims. I am a Max Gerson and Norman Walker fan, which the author mentions as a lead source of knowledge and information. That way I know what kind of research and science is actually backing this book. Highly recommended!

This book was used in several juice bars that I have worked for. It gives you the medicinal benefits of certain fruits and vegtables which is very helpful. The recipes are easy to follow and pertain to certain ailments. I have heard many testimonals on the healthful benefits of juicing and this book is a perfect way to learn about them.
The author gets right to the point about how beneficial fresh juices are for our diet. She doesn't get radical about being a raw vegan but she does encourage healthy eating. The book continues with some common ailments and what juices would be best to drink. I think it's a pretty good basic juicing book to start with.
If you have a good juicer you must have good healthy recepies.And if you have certain illness for example; discoloration of the skin the book has a very good recepie to treat this and many other. I had this book before I lend to someone and never came back,so thats why I am buyig it again "I really miss it" It contains alot of great recepies for differnt sufferings.
