I bought this cookbook for myself to learn some new Greek recipes. I am of Greek parents and was raised on Greek cooking. My mother who lives with me loves Greek food as well. I purchased the book to help with some basic Greek recipes which both my mother and I have used. I recommend this cookbook as it is easy to understand and has great recipes.

This book is great, its got all the recipes I was looking for, from moussaka, to pastitsio and baklava.
