Used on heavy brush and grass. The trimmer head worked good. It dispensed string properly. I have previously purchased Husqvarna T35 Auto Feed Tap Heads for my trimmer. for about $35, so this seems to be a good value. Note the it only has about 10' of string in it, which is used up rather quickly. Easy to install the trimmer head.

I thought this was good as it installed easy and worked with the few feet of string that came on it. Today I needed to put some line on it. The metal eyelets fell out on the ground, the slots in the spool won't take .105 line so is a pain to get reloaded. No where near as good as the one that came with the string eater a number of years ago. I don't know if it's a genuine Husqvarna part are not. Anyway I'm very disappointed with it. This one isn't as heavy duty as the original either. Anyway I'll use it as long as I can and be frustrated every time I have to put string on it. The spool on the inside that holds the string has already broken on one of the slots. The original lasted for years. Look for something better than this. The metal inserts where the string comes through fall out when you remove the cover. Was changing them in the field today and forgot how easily they fell out and almost didn't find them in the grass and weeds. Have JB Weld curing now so have time to update this review. Very very disappointed in this. Surely it isn't a real Husqvarna part.Read full review

THIS trimmer head is already shot! first of all the aluminum eyelets fell out every time I added line, and the line will not feed without them. Then after a few uses the blue feed cap shattered. I have bought other and received much better quality and service use. Hope this is the one in a million defective head.

It looks the same as Husqvarna but it’s not. The blue bump knob is a full 3/8” thinner. The string wrap spool has two line catches instead of three. And most importantly the plastic is cheap and melts. After one use the spool string catches are about gone and there is melted areas inside and out. Husqvarna string trimmers are outrageous cutters, they will cut anything. But they are hard on the string holders. This one does not cut it. Certainly not worth the money and sold to me as OEM. Far from it.

When I got these heads, the description said OEM Husqvarna, but when I opened up the pkg, no Husqv part #'s on spool, no OEM, just generic line, and the big kicker: The threads were too big on the head (possibly might fit an Echo's trimmer threads, but not for sure), and didn't go on. The spool does line up with the head, but always gets caught on the OEM head during reassembly. Also, this spool and retainer are slightly bigger than OEM, so the tab holes don't recess down as far on the OEM head. Overal, OK value, but somewhat disappointed these weren't what was claimed.
