Have owned for several years, I use with Autocad. Makes nice prints for presentation. I bought some 19" paper heavy stock, and is great for making cut out patterns. Has paid for itself as copies of 24" x 36" or $6 each and that's only a mono copy. I also found out I can add a vector file (photo) to Autocad and print 24" x 36" prints. I have not found a photo program that will support this plotter. I would pay again and suggest to a friend. Supports several different sizes of paper.

Had to align and clean print head about 20 times before the print image straightened itself out......I think it was wacked during shipping. Print head should be secured while shipping these.

Unreliable printer - bought for light-weight but critically needed business printing, printed 50 sheets to date and spent hours and $140 (to date) for new printhead and machine is still broken - current problem to follow up printhead is "skewed roll", hence reel letdown... Beware: If you turn the machine off the printhead nozzle dries up and clogs - the next time you need the machine you have to replace all ink cartridges, even though I've never printed a spec in color. Not sure if replacement inks were HP brand and support people pounce, shame you for it, say you broke it. Look inside and realize ink and paper were HP brand and they are speechless. While you're at Staples buying new ink, give them your document on thumb drive b/c this machine is not going to do the job for you.

Needed a wide format printer because my business is growing. This has been a fabulous addition to my office and it was very easy to set up.
