The stand is shorter than I thought it would be but it is sturdy and hold my 52". It was easy to put together too. The instructions said it would take two people to put together, but I was able to put it together by myself in under an hour. You will need a hammer and a phillips screwdriver.

I was getting it for a 50in living room TV stand that's where I had made my mistake at. It's too small and sit too low wanted to send it back and change to something else but I didn't know if I could or not just review what you getting before you buy I need something larger and that's it taller you learn from your mistakes wasted $34 tell something I can't use.

easy to assemble. it's a $40 entertainment center so you get what you pay for. It'll do the job but don't expect to have your home in Architectural Digest when you spend $40 for an entertainment center.
