I would give it zero stars, if that were possible. The breaker, while appearing identical to the one I was replacing, would not install in my service panel. Eventually I hired an electrician to completely replace my Federal Pacific service panel with one from a different manufacturer. He told me that it is illegal for a licensed electrician (at least in Massachusetts) to work on or repair a Federal Pacific service panel. He also said it is illegal to SELL this project, but as a homeowner I could buy and install it if I wanted. However, he also said that if a fire resulted that my homeowner's insurance carrier could refuse to pay any claim that could be traceable back to it as a cause. (Please note, I have not independently verified either of the comments from this electrician.)
