I was concerned that the product would not work well, because it was so reasonably priced compared to other shock collars, but I was wrong. It works great and, has excellent battery life. The collar is big enough to fit any sized dog and can be cut down to the size you need. I am a little concerned about how durable the plastic collar will be after time, though. The controls are a little hard to get used to, but they are pretty basic so it doesn't take long to figure them out. I do wish there was a different button for the beep-vibrate-zapping, though, because it's easy to be on the wrong setting - especially when you are in a hurry. Overall, it is a great product for the price and I would recommend it.

The service was prompt and product was as described. My biggest complaint is how the unit on the collar is turned off and on. You have to poke a micro screw driver like device into a hidden hole. It is behind a rubber cover that is not only hard to pull out but almost impoosible to push it into place. It also has to removed from the collar or manipulate the collar to reach it. This goes for charging the unit as it's the same set up right next to the on/off hole. We only used it once do this issue.

There are too many variables in the settings. 0-100 with a 2 collar remote. If one dog with a tight coat (GSP)takes a light vibration and the other heavy haired(GOLDEN RETRIEVER) takes a heavy jolt it takes to long to transfer settings. By the time you get it set where you need it it's to late to correct them. For a1 single Dog collar its great as long you don't get your remote on the wrong setting which is also easy to do. One little bump will change it. A tighter interval power lever would be much better for 2 dogs. Like 1-10 or even 1-25

big I love this thing my lab /pit mix works great with. My last one got banged around while charging and broke the port out. Not a big fan of control the botton I naturally want to push switches modes lol. Once big thing I learned is to mark the collar which hole you use . A couple times I put collar on loser or tighter which really changed what setting would work. My dog respond great on an 8 when the collar is placed right. When it's loose they don't get shocked the same or much at all so it's best to put tight about in below ears With 2 fingers in between. When it's not places there my dog would even notice 47 . It's best to charge nightly still your dog doesn't need that much creation. The more you zap and been them the faster the battery runs out. They has been 3day times i didn't need to charge mostly because he only needed little beeps to get off the sofa the beep is kinda like an old alame clock buz and works good my dog jumps almost every time he hears it. Really hoping this company will also make some Wireless fences cuz I'd be really in on buying one especially the Wi-Fi oneRead full review

I have a well behaved dog except when it comes to chasing dogs off our property. He keeps going past our property line chasing to his hearts content. Product is only used when he gets to roam outside. I have used the vibration option and it works as a great distraction. He stops to look for whatever just buzzed him then comes back home back to the yard. I did have to use the shock once but have not even come close to needing it again. Product does have a long range remote and is lightweight yet sturdy.
